Required Documents and Deadlines

Sibling registration forms are due by November 16. All applications are due by February 15.

Required documents for Kindergarten applicants are:

• The formal application 
• A copy of the student's birth certificate
• A copy of the student's baptismal certificate (if Catholic)
• A student recommendation completed by a current teacher

Required documents for rising 2nd graders - 8th graders are:

• The formal application 
• A copy of the student's birth certificate
• A copy of the student's baptismal certificate (if Catholic)
• A student recommendation completed by a current teacher
• Copies of transcripts (report cards) and any standardized testing for the current and previous two academic years (e.g. K, 1st and 2nd).  A transcript request form must be completed and given to the applicant's current school.

Applicants are notified of admission status by letter in the middle of March.
