Health Room

The health room is open Monday - Friday from 9am-2pm.  We have two part time nurses, Marguerite Nealon and Jenny Williams. To reach the health room please call  202-449-4613 or email healthroom@blessedsacramentdc.org. 

Health form packets must be completed and submitted for any child entering grades K, 1st, 3rd, 5th or 7th as soon as possible.   A three dose vaccine for Human Papilloma virus (HPV)  is now required by DC law for any female student (11 yrs old) enrolling in 6th grade for the first time. *DC law allows a parent/guardian to ‘Opt-Out’ of this vaccine by signing a form approved by the Dept of Health.
